A gentle Slow Sunday class where poses are held longer and are explained in more detail (perfect for beginners!), and a more challenging Tough Tuesday class which moves a little faster encompassing more poses. Pose variations are offered for lessening or deepening a pose.

    "As an ex-dancer and current dance coach w/major arthritis in my joints, I am looking for a workout that works out my flexibility, and gives me cardio while building strength using balance while easy on the joints. But wait, what about dealing with the stress of teaching high school students? I need STRESS RELIEF too! $18 is an AWESOME... deal for those two yoga workouts. I have other yoga workout dvd's that I have paid $15 for and they do NOT work me out like that "Slow Sunday" session did.
