On this DVD, you will find two classes. A gentle Slow Sunday class where poses are held longer and are explained in more detail (perfect for beginners!), and a more challenging Tough Tuesday class which moves a little faster encompassing more poses. Pose variations are offered for lessening or deepening a pose.
Each class includes a full relaxation at the end!

With the "Balance" dvd, db Yoga has brought the class into the home, and possibly the dance studio in my case."

"I'm definitely a beginner to Yoga but I took a few classes for free at school and really loved it. I've wanted to get back into practice but who can afford yoga classes these days? I really liked this DVD because it gave me a choice between the Slow Sunday and the Tough Tuesday. I started with the Slow Sunday and what was really nice was all the detailed explanations of the poses. It was easy to follow along without even watching the screen, which is an added perk since I was conentrating on the my poses. The Tuesday is more advanced but I was still able to follow along as a beginner because of the modifications. I like the Tough Tuesday because it gives me something I can grow into as I get better."
